Registration must be completed in person at the school.
Our staff will guide you through the process, answer any questions, and ensure all required information is completed correctly.
To complete registration, parents or guardians will be asked to provide the following information for each student.
• Child’s full legal name
• Birth certificate
• Mailing address
• Parent/guardian contact information
• Emergency contact details
• Medical information
• Previous school attended
• Band membership information (if applicable)
• Any relevant custody or legal documents
• Status Number
