Esdzē’et Łān Meduh,
It is an honour to welcome you to our school community. At Łuwechōn Kots’ede’i Kime, we walk with pride in who we are as Tāłtān people, and we learn together on the land, on the water, and in the classroom. Our ways of knowing, our stories, and our language guide us as we learn, grow, and strengthen our connections to one another.
Here, students experience learning that is rooted in Tāłtān language revitalization, cultural pride, academic excellence, and community involvement. Through our on-the-land and on-the-water programs, we nurture respect for the land, understanding of our ancestors’ teachings, and confidence in each learner’s unique gifts.
Working side by side with Elders, knowledge keepers, families, and community partners, we are creating a place of belonging and inspiration — where every child can thrive, dream, and walk proudly in both worlds.
Mēduh chō for joining us on this journey of educational learning, healing, and celebration.
